工作职责：

1. 领导和组建研发项目团队，负责公司各类业务分析软件的开发及项目管理，包括：库存控制及优化管理系统、物流（货代）软件开发项目、公司KPI管理软件、财务分析系统软件等；
2. 根据公司业务发展制定业务分析发展策略，选择与采用行业最优业务分析方法，解决与实现公司内部各部门需求；
3. 保证项目在预定的项目预算与时间内完成交付，改进公司物流系统的功能和性能；
4. 带领与培养资源团队，为公司IT研发中心长期持续发展提供适合人员；
5. 领导团队为公司中长期发展提供业务分析支持，并维护系统的可持续使用。

职位要求：

1. 计算机、电子信息系统等专业本科或以上学历；
2. 至少5年以上大型商业智能（BI）软件或业务分析软件开发、系统分析及项目管理经验；
3. 擅长大型电子商务系统，BI（商业智能）、DW（数据仓库）等优先考虑；
4. 熟悉OBIEE，Informatics ET，多维数据库等BI所需的专业IT技能；
5. 具备较强的业务分析能力和客户服务意识；
6. 具备优秀的沟通能力（口头及文字）及团队管理合作精神；
