工作职责：

1. 带领并协调各个部门组成的团队（市场预测部、研发部、技术部、质控部、计划部、材料管理部、采购部、财务部、合同加工厂）完成新项目上市计划；
2. 制定上市的项目详细计划，包括时间以及各职能任务，监控项目进展，并解决所有新项目带来的所有问题；
3. 与公司品牌队伍各功能领域保持密切沟通, 如研发部、生产部、销售部、财务部等, 保证各部门合作顺畅, 信息互通；
4. 根据市场部产品上市要求，进行流程优化工作，建立并优化公司与合同加工厂之间的工作流程和系统；
5. 与市场预测研究合作，按期按量完成上市pipeline；
6. 根据公司的产品上市要求，组织市场部成员结合市场策略；
7. 确保产品的上市项目按既定的要求和计划完成。

职位要求：

1. 大学本科以上学历；
2. 3年以上工作经验，具备快速消费品行业产品研发及上市供应链管理经验优先；
3. 具备较强的沟通协调能力；
4. 熟悉PC操作，英语流利。
