General Ledger Accountant 总帐会计, based in Shanghai

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for daily AP&AR management

· Compile and analyze financial information to prepare journal entries to general ledger accounts

· Perform monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations

· Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation for major accounts

· Closing Account Book every month in ERP system

· Complete the AP invoice entries in ERP system and reconciliation with vendors

· Prepare the reports to headquarters timely

· Government Communication included Tax report and other Report

· Perform other duties and complete projects as necessary

Required Experience:

· Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance associated

· +3 years of related working experience as G/L Accountant in a multinational working environment

· Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and practice, and the ability to apply them logically to practical situations and issues

· SAP Finance Module experience is preferred

· Working experience in a Foreign trade company is preferred

· Middle level accountant certificate is preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

· Good learner with ability to absorb new technological concepts quickly

· Team player, detailed orientated, sense of carefulness and ability to work under pressure are a must
