职位描述：

Position Summary: Overall responsible for service parts order planning ,import/export clearance and domestic/oversea shipping management .

Supervises:

Preferred Education and Experience:

· College or above degree, preferred major in Logistics, Business Administration, Exported and Imported

· More than 3 years Logistics or imported and exported experience in a foreign enterprise, experience with company start-up phase will be preferred, Hold customs clearance certification will be preferred.

· Experience with logistic, preferred in Automobile company

· Inventory management experience; planning/scheduling experience preferred.

· Be familiar with Customs rules and laws.

· Be familiar with trade term and handbook operations.

· Strong coordination capability, good communication and team-working skills

· Good at MS-Office

· Good at writing and reading English

Main Duties include:

· Work with Customer Broker to manage the customs clearance and duty exemption flow and processing

· Coordinate import & export schedule and customs clearance paperwork.

· SVC order planning/scheduling, make sure 100% on time delivery.

· Manage premium freight and analyze root cause to do improvement.

· Manage prototype shipping and coordinate shipping between subcontractors.

· Optimize domestic shipping routing, and shipping container loading.
