Key Responsibilities

- Provide a safe and healthy workplace with responsibility for all EHS compliance. Understand and comply with Site safety rules/requirements including both CBRE and Client rules.

- Ensure safety PPE and equipment is available and utilized at all times. Maintaining the work environment, practices and training to avoid accidents and hazards and contributes to a safe and healthy work environment.

- Follow proper procedure and conduct Incident reviews and Root Cause Analysis (including regulatory response and reporting).

- Ensure ongoing and required training (PPE, LOTO, Confined Space, etc) is conducted and completed by all team members including weekly tool box talks.

- Lead 14 team members to provide hard services for client, e.g. boiler, water treatment, electrical system, HVAC system, waste water treatment, mechanical system, as well as other facility related system.

- Delivering services based on contract scope of work with full understanding of the work scope

- Accountability for the site operation, billing management, service delivery and front facing services at the client facilities.

- All reporting must be timely completed and keep records and documentation as per client’s requirements.

- Maintains good communications with the customer and deliver solid performance to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

- Conducting goal setting activities and performance reviews. Managing personnel, including recruiting, talent development, succession planning, training, rewarding and taking disciplinary actions.

- Any other assigned tasks.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Technical knowledge: Extensive operations experience of facilities management or service delivery (possible specialist areas such as M&E, electrical; water treatment and boiler, security and cleaning). Good reporting and PC mastery, etc.
• People management: good leadership and experience to team.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, good reporting skill.
• Collaboration: displays the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications and Education

• College or above
• Above 8 years work experience and 3 years in management position.
• Major in engineering, e.g. mechanical, electrical, Chemical or water treatment, etc.
• Self-motivated and being a team player.
• Average reading and writing English skill.
