职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for SA-related solutions for various project and operational needs
2. Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage etc in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
3. Manage all server related assets across Asia by on-site or remotely including but not limited to, VMWare, DELL Servers, Avamar Backup, Windows OS, Lync, exchange server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, SQL server, Symantec server, software license etc
4. Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
5. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
6. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary
7. Support and work with other team members on infrastructure related projects/tasks including end user computer, telecom, network, security, CCTV, account management, service desk support etc
 
Skills and Capabilities Required:
1. Education: Bachelor or equivalent in Computer Science, Information System
2. Fluent English speaking / writing skill, be able to communicate with US Headquarter directly
3. At least 2 years on VMWare administration, Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Database, SCCM, Exchange server, MS Lync, Symantec Security system
4. Having the concern of ERP system administration. Experience on managing one of major ERP system like JDE or SAP is plus
5. Experience on one of the Service Desk platform or tools like CA, Remedy or ServiceNow
6. Understanding of Cisco LAN/WAN and wireless, firewalls, Polycom Video conferencing, PABX system
7. New office / Plant / Data center IT infrastructure setup experience
8. Interpersonal skills for relationship building with internal business users and vendors
9. Vendor management
10. Willing to travel, sometimes require working evenings and weekends for project and critical problem troubleshooting
11. The ability of problem analysis and resolution
