工作职责:
1，市场培训： 收集市场信息并跟据市场变化规律，提出具体的销售计划及实施方案；行业经营决策及建议;
2，目标管理： 依据年度预算制定和分解月度，区域，员工的销售目标，并基于此目标，制定相应的可执行工作计划;
3，团队管理： 能够多帮助员工成长并形成良好的团队文化;
4，业务管理： 根据行业状况结合公司相关制度，积极有效地开展渠道管理，销售业务开展，销售政策的制定;
5，营销策略执行： 根据公司制度营销策略，自主制定和组织销售策略和销售活动，同时高效执行公司营销方案和其它销售需求;
6，客户满意度管理： 通过定期拜访，市场指导等工作方法，用制度化的工具和措施，提升客户的满意度;
7，市场拓展： 根据公司市场规划要求，快捷拓展目标市场。

工作经验要求:
1.大专以上学历;
2.具有极强的培训管理、客户管理和团队管理能力;
3.能接受工作压力，具有积极的工作心态和达成目标的坚韧毅力;
4.同等职务工作经历超过3年，化妆品及消费品行业者优先；
5.控盘经验要超过5千万以上，曾管理团队超过50人；
6.具有专业线中高端护肤品的销售管理经验。
