职位描述：
1. 负责公司软件产品的技术选型、架构搭建；
2. 负责设计和搭建软件开发项目系统架构（平台、数据库、接口和应用架构等），对系统安全性设计负责，解决开发中各种系统架构问题；开发及相关设计文档编写；
3. 参与制定设计及实现规范，指导设计、实现及部署工作；
4. 参与并主导重大技术决策，进行技术风险评估；
5. 承担系统核心功能的设计和研发工作；负责核心技术问题的攻关，系统优化，协助解决项目开发过程中的技术难题；
6. 负责组织技术架构、解决方案的评审；
7. 负责对软件开发团队的技术指导。

职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，8年以上开发经验；
2. 熟悉分布式系统的设计及应用，熟悉缓存、消息、负载均衡等机制和实现，在大中型网站或系统开发中担任过核心开发或架构师角色；
3. 精通算法设计、数据结构、操作系统等基础知识；
4. 熟悉主流Java开源框架和组件，如Spring、Struts、MyBatis/Hibernate、Lucene、Solr等；
5. 精通常用设计模式和主流设计工具，具有Java框架自主设计能力，有搭建Java框架经验，能承担核心模块和核心功能开发，能根据既定产品和项目的特性进行技术架构设计；
6. 在Java性能调优/平台架构设计方面有丰富的实践经验；
7. 具备MySQL、Oracle等主流数据库设计、性能优化经验，具备数据库分库分表等实战经验；
8. 有较强的学习动力和自我提升欲望，对技术怀有浓厚兴趣并喜欢钻研；
9. 良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神；认真负责、具有高度责任感；
10. 有Hadoop、HBase、Spark、Kafka等相关开发经验者优先。 举报 分享
