Major Responsibilities and Objectives
- Provide general secretarial and administrative assistance to the Deputy General Manager and her department.
- Maintain diaries for the Deputy General Manager; arrange meetings and appointments.
- Be responsible for Property Lease System (PLS) input and generate various debit notes. Assist the team on arrears management.
- Answer telephone calls, take messages and handle in a satisfactory manner.
- Typing, copying, faxing, filing and general supporting duties.
- Maintain leave records of the department and ensure that leave and other applications are in order procedure.
- Prepare and update staff records and contact lists.
- Maintain an effective filing system.
- Be a contact point for enquiries from public and internal departments and direct the enquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Provide other general, secretarial and administrative support to the team as needed.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- University graduate / Degree holder or above.
- Good command of English (both written and reading).
- Good PC knowledge in Windows, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Sensitive to numbers, knowledge in finance / accounting field will be advantages.
- Honest and calm, with good interpersonal skills, Efficient, Can work under pressure.
- 2-year working experience on administrative sector. Formal secretarial/administrator training and previous working experience would be advantages.
