Main Purpose of The Job:

To assist System Analyst to perform analysis and design activities for project or system enhancement to meet business objectives and corporate goals.

Key Accountabilities:

1)With strong business acumen and clarity on business objectives;

2)To assist the team in different stages of system development life cycle, hence to produce deliverables for system development, documentation and implementation aligning to the development standard;

3)To coordinate different team for system development or maintenance activities

4)To prepare and review system development deliverables in different stages of system development life cycle;

5)To assist to monitor progress to ensure the project / request is on track in terms of quality, delivery milestone;

Experience and Qualifications:

1)University degree in Computer Science or related fields preferably;

2)A minimum of 3 year experience in software solution delivery, and solid c# development and MS-SQL experience;

3)Good understanding of system development life cycle and quality assurance process;

4)Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience;

5)Good written and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese;

6)Ability to work independently and under pressure;

7)Experience of Telecommunications industry is preferred;

8)Experience of Oracle is preferred;

9）3+ years experience with large RDBMS development, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase etc is preferred
