Office Assistant and Job Description


Your job includes:

Office management to ensure smooth operation of the office.
Take incoming calls and transfer to related colleagues.
Coordinate with courier and shipping forwarders for the domestic and international shipping and
ensure the company get competitive rates.
Stock management and coordination with shipping and receipt of the goods.
Order processing with our ERP system.

The requirements for this position are:

1. College graduate above with good English speaking and writing skills, Cantonese is an advantage.
2. Skills using MS Office, ERP systems and the internet
3. Self motivated and willing to take challenges
4. Fresh graduates also will be considered.
