职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily management of the Accounting & Tax Compliance services to the clients;
- Responsible for the financial administration of the clients
- Review and supervise the team to complete the monthly accounts and tax calculation and filing work
- Maintaining contacts with clients, colleagues and external advisors
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of 3~4 accountants
- Ensure the quality in our financial services
- Roll out internal procedures and processes (best practices) in order to maximize the efficiency
- Establish regular trainings or sharing to accounting staff
- Participate to ad hoc projects
负责对客户提供财税服务的日常管理，监督审核团队成员完成月度财务处理及税务申报，维护与客户、同事及外部顾问的关系，管理、引导、激励3~4名团队成员（会计），确保服务质量，执行内部制度与流程，组织内部培训或分享，其他管理、协调工作等。

Qualifications:
- Education: college degree or above in accounting or related major;
- Work experience: 5 years or above experiences in accounting, tax filings, 1-2 years experiences as a team leader, experiences in professional firms is a plus;
- Holder of Certificate of Medium Level Accountant (会计中级职称) is a must;
- Skills: Excellent English and Chinese skills. Fluent English in written and spoken is a must, please do not apply if you are not able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Familiar with K3 system and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
- Mature and stable
- Willingness to work under pressure
大专及以上学历，会计相关专业，5年以上会计、税务经验，1~2年带领团队的经验，有专业咨询服务机构经历优先。必须持有会计中级职称。优秀的中英文表达能力。熟悉金蝶系统及办公软件。较强的组织能力和时间管理能力。良好的沟通能力。优秀的人际交往能力，能够融入一个富有活动的管理团队。成熟稳定，能承受工作压力。 举报 分享
