Accounts Clerk / Credit Control Clerk


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle accounts receivable, collection, credit review, shipment release and supporting general accounting duties
Ensure AR settlement on timely basis.
Assist in reporting and audit process
To perform daily collection activities and debt recover actions
Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve the disputed cases on timely basis.
Monitor credit limit utilization and past due status, send reminders/dunning letters to customers
Follow up with customers to ensure the outstanding invoices are settled within the agreed credit period
Other ad hoc assignments


REQUIREMENTS:

College degree or above in accounting / business management. Qualified accountant.
At least 2 years commercial experience and solid experience in accounts receivable including Alipay ,Payease and Global Payment receipts, preferable in Credit control or from multi-national companies background.
Literacy in MS office and familiar with ERP system / JDE and SAP (preferential)
Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadline.
Possess effective communication skills, and team work is a must.
