Position Title: Graphic Designer Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary: Working with Sales and Marketing Manager, this position will develop and maintain general marketing activities to support the continued growth of Byrne Asia. The graphic designer will design, create, and deliver marketing programs, work to identify product opportunities, and participate in the new product development process on cross functional teams to communicate the voice of the customer. Duties for this position may include creative and administrative support projects in traditional marketing, social marketing, event coordination, new product initiatives, and other administrative duties.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Job Requirements:
a) Responsible for content development as it relates to strategic marketing information
b) Provide reports based on analysis for marketing trends, competition, new products and pricing
c) Interact directly with vendors and outside resources to develop relationships and explore opportunities to partner
d) Support product development and creating marketing with emphasis on timing, maintenance, and informational accuracy
e) Provide marketing support for global initiatives
f) Assist in the analysis to understand and anticipated customer demands and opportunities for product development as well as to provide “the voice of the customer” to help refine marketing and product development efforts
g) Assist in the development of marketing presentations and utilize graphic design programs
h) Support event coordination including trade shows and customer visits
i) Responsible for website maintenance and other social marketing

Skills/Experience Required:
a) 0-3 years of experiences in applying and directing projects in Graphic Design, brand management, marketing, web design, or related field
b) Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop, experiences in graphic design is a must
c) Ability to read and write fluently in Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus
d) Experience in website construction and other multi-media areas is a plus

Education Requirements:
a) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or related area
