职位描述
工作职责:
1.发展和执行招聘战略,密切与区域人力资源经理支持企业招聘需求;
2.计划和组织有效的招聘活动和提供领导招聘质量好的候选人满足功能的人员需求;
3.测量和报告的人员配置功能;
4.引领区域招聘团队协调招聘问题与人力资源管理——客户。

任职要求
1.本科或以上
2.至少5年的人力资源经验,其中2年以上的管理经验。零售背景优先
3.精通英语,口语和书面
4.良好的电脑技能,熟悉办公软件
5.良好的领导和沟通能力
6.较强的计划与组织
7.具备快速行动的能力
8.能够出差到不同地点
接受监督:
区域人事经理工作报告,一般的监督下完成工作;审查为实现目标和坚持的指导方针和程序。

Duties and Responsibilities:
The position will have ownership of all aspects of recruitment, which involves but is not limited to, recruitment strategy design, policy/process implementation, recruitment vendor management including searching firm, external portal vendor management, consulting service and training to internal clients, screening and assess applicant, campus recruitment and on boarding process reviewing etc. The incumbent also needs to be responsible for driving diversity initiatives especially through hiring process.
Operational Task
1. Develop/execute recruitment strategies and works closely with Regional HR Manager to support business recruitment needs;
2. Plan and organize effective recruitment activities and provide leadership to recruit good quality candidates to meet the functions’ staffing needs;
3. Develop measurement and reporting on the staffing function;
4. Leading the regional recruitment team and coordinate recruitment issues with HR officers--Clients.
Key Measuring Parameters:
? Legal and company policy compliance;
? Staffing planification
? Recruitment efficiency and candidates suitability
? Customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. At least 5 years experiences in Human Resources, within which 2 years at managerial level. Retail background is an advantage
3. Good command of English, both oral and written
4. Strong PC skills, familiar with MS Office
5. Good leadership & communication skills
6. Strong sense of planning and organizing
7. Result-oriented with quick action ability
8. Able to travel as required to various locations
Supervision Received:
Reporting to Regional HR Manager, works under general supervision; finished work is reviewed for attainment of objectives and adherence to guidelines and procedures.
Subordinates:
Direct – Recruitment Officer / Recruitment Assistant
