Key responsibilities of this position are as follows:
· Email /telephone communication with customer and oversea office or agent
· Cost control by comparing quote from different vendors
· Monitor the performance of vendors and report
· Update company system
· Weekly or monthly job planning
· Place job order to operation team
· Monitor the process of shipment and service quality
· Prepare documents for outbound or inbound shipments
· Collect the documents from customer
· Monthly or yearly report
· This position reports to the Branch Manager of Guangzhou.

· Over 3 -5 years experiences in service/ Shipping /logistics industry and familiar with internal and external operations in shipping /logistic company
· Over 25 years old
· Extremely detail oriented;
· Good oral and written English
· Good Interpersonal skill
· Team work spirit
· Result focus and Strong Sense of Urgency
· Creativity/Innovation
· Good Ethics and Values
· Self Development
· Initiative and Reliable
