职位描述：

工作概述：确保按照作业指导及质量控制计划完成生产任务以保证产品能够满足客户规范要求，是生产团队中的核心成员。

主要职责：

遵照生产领班及安全指导书的要求完成任务

确保需装配的材料和零部件正确管理

确保正确使用设备及工具

对每一个油箱进行质量检查

提高安全意识

工作每一步需要具有质量意识

在要求的节拍下装配油箱系统零件以达到客户的要求

保证工作环境的清洁、有序

支持团队工作以达到共同的目标

向生产领班汇报任何设备故障、不合格品质量或其它不符合规范要求的行为

应对不正确的使用参数造成的缺陷负责；

改善并持续改进工作能力及专业知识

能力及教育背景：

可以阅读作业指导及质量标准

身体允许在生产线在一班的工作时间内站立

身体允许可以搬运油箱及零件进行装配

必须有团队协作精神

有决策能力并对生产过程负责

可以根据客户要求执行弹性工作制

能够适应快节奏的工作

可以加班

必须拥有完成培训的能力
