职位描述
Responsibility:
- Maintain shipping documents & input sales data into the internal system SAP;
- Arrange delivery per PO request and communicate with factory & customer for delivery arrangement;
- Prepare monthly report & application form to related parties if needed;
- Warehouse control base on the delivery;
- Coordinate with other parties for better arrangement;
Requirements:
- Mental toughness who can stand hard working
- One year or above working experience, logistic working experience or order follows up coordinator experience is preferred;
- College degree, worked with manufactory or international company's working experience is preferred;
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing; fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus;
- Good computer operation skills, familiar with word, excel, outlook,
- Team work spirit, well organized and self-motivated and can work independently, good problem solving ability.
