职位描述
1. Purpose
The job holder is responsible to lead an application team cross functions to manage and ensure that all business solutions initiatives (with focus on process of Finance, Outbound, HR, BW and EDI) to enable business strategies. Lead the regional solution team to act as strategic business partner, working closely with regional/country business leaders to define business solution initiatives, deploy the global/regional application projects to achieve the business goal.
He/she will work closely with key business leaders to ensure the global/regional business cases are identified and execution excellence following Mars IS principles. This role will work closely with account management team (global /regional/local), COE and GIST to build the strategic partnership with business leaders, understand the business requirement, develop regional application portfolio and deploy the global/regional applications.
2. Key Accountabilities
· Line Management:
o Lead the regional business solution team and manage the team performance focusing on areas of
· Works closely with the business leaders to define needs and requirements ensuring they are aligned with overall standards and strategies
· Collaborates with business to create clear outcomes, project scope, approach, and business case; determines and recommends concept as a project or enhancements
· Works closely with CoE and GIST to transfer defined and approved project/enhancement work for delivery
· Monitors the progression of projects through the delivery phase
· Leads the benefit evaluation process of the delivered solution
o Feedback, coach and develop team members as High Performance Team
· Business Partnership:
o Partners with business leaders to enhance understanding strategies and priorities, may include participating in business strategy and planning meetings, leadership team meetings (as a member or invitee) and/or IT planning and development meetings
o Consults with key regional business leaders to determine strategic business needs from an IT perspective, providing insight and inputs to the IT strategic business planning process
o Partners with key regional business leaders to identify and define how to improve business performance through the application of technology
· IS Relationship Management and Collaboration
o Collaborate with Account Management Team (global/regional/local), COE and GIST to manage/deliver application portfolio
o Collaborates with BSM in other regions or other segments to determine if a solution exists and can be reused and to ensure minimal redundancy and overlap between or among projects
o Works with the Global IT to facilitate the project approval process with the IT governance council
· Financial Management:
o Manage regional running and project cost
· Supplier Management:
o Manage the regional vendors who provide application service
· Project Management:
o Performs special project at the request from management
3. Competencies - Experience - Skills
· Strategic thinking with focus on the company's business and technology strategies
· Strong customer relationship with business leaders in CXO level on strategic partnership
· Bachelors' degree in IT, business or equivalent
· Must be able to evaluate technology and process trend and alternatives
· Strong SAP implementation skills and broad SAP background cross functions
· Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills are required
· Strong consultative skills such as priority setting, problem analysis, negotiating and influencing
· Solid team management experience and skills with strong leadership for team development, includes set the team goals, motive direct reports, provide coaches and feedbacks
· IT financial management experience and skill are preferred
· IT project management experience and skill are preferred
