Responsibilities:
1.failure analysis and report
1.1 root cause analysis(component itself or process), create analysis report
1.2 Work with internetal for process improvement to avoid failures
1.3 Cooperation with suppliers for components improvement to avoid failures
2.Test process improvement
2.1 test downtime reduction. Line change over time reduction
2.2 First pass yield of testing improvement, re-test rate reduction
3.Work with R&D for new reference sample building, test station set and arrange maintenance
4.New tester buy-off by using MSA tools (GR&R)

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above.major in electronics, manufaturing or related.
2.2+ Years experience in electronics manufacturing test engineering field,familiar with PCBA and box build manufacturing process,ICT hardware and software
3.Know well in electronic basic and failure analysis process,familiar with Six Sigma, MSA (GR&R etc),SPC, FMEA, Qaltiy tools and DFT tools
4.Strong communication skill, work well with others at various level
5.Fluency in English ( oral and Writing)
