职位描述：
1. Answer phones, monitor mail, email and faxes
2. Prepare the reports
3. Provide vital links between sales staff and their clients
4. Provide the daily sales assistance to the divisions including visit
appointment, project follow-up, samples, order, delivery and after sales
service etc.
5. Coordinate with different dept. /div. and headquarter
6. Provide products or service information and documents to customers
7. Handles invoices, orders, sales contracts and expenses tracking
8. Customer data management
9. Documentation & keep track of sales-related records and progress reports
