职位描述：
我们的客户是一家欧洲专业从事稀有金属及其高端材料研发、生产、销售和回收服务的材料技术企业公司。

Process engineer for Forming（烧结成型工程师）
Location:清远

Strategic focus战略重点：
In the first stage, be responsible transferring the related technology from TFPU and Vital to UVTFT, and finishing the production line construction to produce qualified product;
In the second stage, be responsible for continue to improve process control and optimize operation parameters, and transfer those technologies to production.

Main responsibilities主要工作职责：
? Be responsible for technology transfer projects, including production layout, process flow definition, equipment selection and acceptance;
? Be responsible for compilation of process documentation, including P&IDs, Process flow chart, Process description and process safety information, Working Instruction;
? Be responsible for set up of standard working time system and compilation of related document, and determine the requirements manpower;
? Be responsible for the trouble shouting with the supplier of quality department, maintenance department and production department
? Improve the process control, eliminate the potential quality problem in production line
? Responsible for making SPC charts to follow up of the trends of all critical process parameters
? In close communication with TFPU’s PT department draft and implement internal qualification programs for process improvements using DOE protocols
? Planning and implementation of training programs for the operators
? In close collaboration with QEHS department to identify potential health hazard and risk, and find a good solution to make sure the health and safety of staff and equipment during working
? In close collaboration with purchasing department to qualify new suppliers, and be responsible for sample materials testing and submit testing report;
? Other tasks assigned by process technology manager.

Required profile（职位要求）
? No less than 3 years working experience in materials science, powder metallurgy, target and Ceramic or other related industry; experience with sintering kiln is preferred;
? Good written and spoken English is high preferred;
? BS degree or above in Materials, mechanical Engineering or other related majors.
? Having the knowledge of powder technologies, mechanical equipment, forming process, high temperature furnace, insulation materials, experience in ceramics process are preferential.
? Understanding of material science, mechanics, pneumatics, and electrically controlled machinery as used in an automatic production lines.
? Understanding process methods of operation and maintenance, especial in critical component characteristics, process characteristics and equipment characteristics.
? Basic knowledge of FMEA and 6 sigma

? Familiar with process technology for chemical/powder/ceramics line and know how to operate related equipment
? Familiar with 5S concept

? Must be able to follow deadlines and work under pressure。
