PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. 协助办理员工入职及转正、调动、离职、退休等人事手续。
2. 就业登记，不定时申请、员工居住证、户口调动、工伤等的办理，并不定期到相关部门办理相关事宜。
3. 协助区域招聘工作，包括招聘广告发布、面试安排、接待和跟进等后勤工作。
4. 劳动合同的定期更新与续签手续。
5. 员工档案的建立与动态管理。
6. 协助员工年度福利服务项目在区域的实施。
7. HR相关报表的制作。
8. 处理日常员工的咨询。
9. 协助培训安排和后勤工作。
10. 完成主管交给的其他的工作。

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. 人力资源或相关专业大专以上学历，一年以上人力资源或相关工作经验优先。
2. 具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，有亲和力，工作细心，责任心强，有较好的沟通协调能力和较强团队协作能力。
3. 了解人力资源各项实务的操作流程，并能实际操作运用者优先。
4. 熟练操作Microsoft办公软件，具备基本的网络知识。
5. 良好的英文听说读写能力。
