职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责开发社区内的客户资源，维护长期良好的合作关系；
2.签订相关的合作协议，并能够实现社区服务落地；
3.保持沟通和交流，提高社区用户满意度；
4.对所负责区域的市场进行全方位的追踪监控和考核，进行总结、分析；
5.及时反馈辖区市场信息，参于制订公司区域拓展及深度挖掘策略。
具体要求：
1. 2-3年以上招商、销售类工作经验；
2.有出色的客户服务意识、较强的业务拓展和人际交往沟通能力；
3.具备良好的协调能力、团队合作精神和分析总结能力；
4.具有开拓精神，能吃苦耐劳。
