创意设计师

岗位描述：
1） 有能力根据所给的主题设计出概念化的作品。
2） 有能力独立完成多个项目的设计工作，并在视觉，图画领域给予销售团队相应的支持。
3） 有能力设计产品画册，宣传插页，和邮件插图等。
4） 修饰、美化公司产品的图片、照片，用于公司网站。

岗位要求：
1） 设计、艺术类专业学士学位或同等学历。（名校优先）
2） 精通Adobe系列设计软件（Photoshop, AI) CDR等等。
3） 精通HTML，网页设计者优先录用。
4） 擅长拍摄景物照片者优先录用。
5） 组织能力强，有能力在指定时间内分主次完成多项设计任务。
6） 沟通能力强，有能力向同事表达自己的想法。
7） 英语水平突出者，优先录用。
8） 有天赋的营销型设计师，有能力负责项目的操作，但要适时听从指导。
9） 至少一年以上实务经验。

Creative Designer

Job Description:
1) Ability to conceptualize a design based on theme.
2) Should be able to independently work on a wide variety of projects and support the marketing efforts of the

company for all things visual and graphic.
3) Should be able to design or create catalogue, leaflets , e-mail campaigns etc.
4) Modify and beautify images with a creative appeal that can used on company’s websites

Desired profile:
1) Bachelors degree or Diploma in graphic design, fine arts from any reputed institutes/college/University etc.
2) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Corel Draw etc.
3) Proficiency in HTML, web designing etc is advantageous.
4) Proficiency in take table top photography will be advantageous.
5) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on multiple projects
6) Excellent communication skills and able to express ideas to peers.
7) Proficiency in English would be an added asset.
8) The ideal candidate is a talented marketing designer who can take charge of projects using best practices,

but is flexible enough to take direction when needed.
9) Need Minimum of 1 year hands on experience.
