职位职能: 产品研发经理/主管 化学工程师
职位描述:
工作职责

1. 负责收集、分析产品发展趋势，总结分析已完成产品的设计缺陷和问题；
2. 负责跟进新品发展动态(市场需求，竞争产品，政策导向等）；
3. 制定并确认新产品的工艺流程，组织由小试至正式试产的实施及评估实验数据；
4. 负责收集和了解行业新技术、新工艺、新材料和新产品的发展动态；
5. 根据生产的实际需要，不断改良及维护现有的产品工艺，以提高生产效率、降低生产成本；
6. 针对在产品生产过程中发生的具体问题，给予生产工艺方面的技术指导，为生产顺利进行提供有力的支持；
7. 起草和审核产品配方、工流流程等相关的工艺技术文件；

职位要求

1. 本科或以上学历，主修化学工程、生化工程等相关专业；
2. 3年以上相关工作经验，熟悉并能独立开发和设计化妆品、日化产品的生产工艺；
3. 熟悉PC操作及相关日化用品生产设备的原理、操作和生产流程；
4. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
5. 丰富的项目管理经验及领导能力；
6. 英文听说读写熟练；
