Report to: Group CEO (German Nationality)
Located in Guangzhou, frequent travel to other countries

Role Responsibilities:
1、Acting as CEO first point of contact with people from both internal and external the organization.
2、screening enquiries and requests, and handling them with appropriate prioritize action;
3、dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO;
4、producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
5、organizing and attending meetings and ensuring their manager is well-prepared for meetings;
6、liaising the relationship with clients, government officials, investors, Sr. management;
7、Arranging travel and accommodation, and traveling with the CEO worldwide to provide general assistance during traveling.
8、Carrying out specific projects and research assigned by CEO
9、Responsible for CEO accounts and budgets

Requirements:
1、Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience gained from international companies, overseas background is preferred;
2、Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English and Chinese capability
3、Well organized, independent & able to work under pressure
4、Willing to travel often to other cities and countries
5、Good Finance knowledge would be a big advantage
