The division provides tailored, cost-competitive and robust banking solutions and services that offer a flexible and scalable framework for delivering projects on time, within budget and at the highest quality, meeting both the current and future IT challenges facing the Group.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this dedicated team in the role of Business Management Specialist.

In this role, you will:
Financial Management
- Participate / Obtain AOP, Budget and Resource cap
- BP creation, maintenance and queries
- Financial reporting
- Budget monitoring and escalation
- Variance commentary
- Travel budget

Resource Management
- Resource tracking and reporting
- Maintain Organization Structure and facilitate different reports
- Raising hiring ticket and updating tracker
- Clarity support activities
- Internal systems
- Publish timesheet defaulter list
- Track exit management

Administrative Management
- Dashboard submission
- Ad-hoc requests from senior management
- Span of Control, internal HR system changes, Role matrix, etc
- Sharepoint maintenance
- BRCM audit coordination
- BCP coordination
- Restack coordination

Vendor Management
- Coordinating with Vendor Services Unit
- Contractor billing and allowances
- Renewal/Extension of contract resources
- ODC movement planning & tracking


To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·5-8 years relevant working experience

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Good spoken and written English skills, especially proficient in reporting and email communication

·Verse in data and reporting, have capability to interpret and analyze data

·Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

·Have both a teamwork and self-starter spirit

·Independent worker, have capability to ask sensible questions and find solutions

·Ability and commitment to deliver to tight deadlines

·Creative and problem solving mentality

·Quality deliverables with attention to details

·Knowledge and experience in Budget and Resource Management would be an added advantage
