Internal: Supply Chain organization including Business team, Capacity Assurance team, Material team, Quality team, Sustainability team, Buying team
External: Suppliers


Accountability
Secure the last according to H&M requirements (foot measurement, look, feel, fit and Lead Time)


Main Responsibilities
Check the LOOK and FEEL comments from BO by fitting bought sample and make sure the information is clear
Make last based on bought sample and comments from BO and Last standard
Check fitting and LOOK compared to Bought Sample and comments from BO
Create a new last name in Castor, inform BO Footwear Technologist and maintain the last information in the system
Follow up the last development by filing New Last Development Tool
Maintain Last Library
Educate and support suppliers

Cooperation within PO
Last Technician must have a close cooperation with Business, material and quality team to secure best product (Quality, Price and Lead Time).

Cooperation with Buying Office
Cooperate with BO technologist.


Cooperation with Suppliers
Cooperate with last suppliers, development center and shoes suppliers
