As soon as a service is sold, it becomes your mission to fully understand what is needed and wanted, and to move at the speed of light, get everything in order, and schedule with the technical delivery team so that delivery can start, and continue your follow up and running of all open projects to ensure all services start, and are delivered in the right time frame so that production can always occur smoothly, and clients serviced to the highest level.

You’ll know you’re championing this role when all services are starting on time, completed within deadlines, and only great feedback from your manager and clients, with increasing value of services delivered every week.

Full training will be provided and you need to be willing to learn and do what it takes to take full control of your job. English will be your working language, so you should be able to communicate in English fluently.

In return for your great performance, you will have continuous growth and learning opportunities including the opportunity to be fully trained in delivering H R and Recruitment services, managing your own projects as well as moving up in Client Service Management or other Management roles.

Since then, they have steadily expanded in refrigeration and air conditioning supply, installation and service and are now the primary refrigeration and mechanical installers for several leading service station, liquor and convenience store corporations (their primary customers include Liquorland, Coles Express, United Petroleum, Caltex, Red Rooster, and many others). However, they have come to specialise in the liquor and petroleum industry although our work does cover many other areas, including office blocks.

They have performed maintenance, service and installations throughout the Australian continent, working on everything from the smallest split system and cool room to industrial-sized freezers and multi-story HVAC systems. Incidentally, they have performed over thirty-five AC installations for Coles/Shell Express stores across the country for the Metric Group.
