The subsidiary of German Industry and Commerce (GIC) Hong Kong in Guangzhou represents a renowned German Trade Fair company and the German National Tourism Board in China. GIC Guangzhou belongs to the worldwide network of German Chambers of Commerce abroad.
We are looking for an
Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
Distribute office mails, packages, fax and other incoming materials
?Order and maintain stationery, equipment and other office supplies
?Office administration and book-keeping work
?Research and database maintenance
Requirements:
?College graduate or above
?Proficiency in both oral & written English & Chinese. Knowledge in German & Cantonese language is an advantage
?Intercultural competence
?Good interpersonal and communication skills
?Independent, considerate and team oriented
?Disciplined with a high sense of confidentiality
?Experience/Interest in graphic design (AI, InDesign, PS) is desirable

集体户口入户、管理、计生证明、独生子女父母光荣证等
商务出国护照、港澳通行证
社会保险和住房公积金的各项业务
为有需要的雇员购买人身意外及附加医疗保险(商业),员工本人在国家规定城镇基本医疗或公费医疗范围内接受门、急诊和住院治疗的,可以享受门、急诊费用和住院费用100%报销,无起付。
员工体检
财务人员会计从业资格证、税务代理及办理个人所得税的代扣代缴等
2、员工招聘;
3、承办企业的设立、延期、变更、注销的申请;
4、代缴残疾人就业保障金及代办劳动保障年审;
5、为外国人和华侨、港澳台同胞在广东就业办理就业许可证和居留证;
