Requirement:

1, The high school degree or above.Has rich experience for quality control.
2, Be familiar with ISO9001:2000 quality system.
3, He has at least 8+ year experience for quality assure /improvement .
4,Master all kinds of quality's tools,such as :SPC ,Six sigma and sample check etc.
5,Be familiar machinery component knowledge .
6 ,He can lead a team and has good communication skill and leadership.

SUMMARIZE REQUIREMENTS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1、Be responsible for produciton operators quality training ,Process improvement.　
2、Be responsible for the incoming material inspeection,in process check and output sample check .　
3、Handle customer complain and analysis the root cause and take action to prevent theis case happen again　　　
4、Organize relate resource to discuss and take action to prevent all kinds of quaity issue happen.
5、Continuous improve quaity performance to reduce monthly warranty cost.　　　
6、Build a good quality improvement team , Include produciton line leaders and quality inspector.
