职位：呼叫中心招聘经理-急
工作地点：北京
按照公司的公司呼叫服务中心的整体业务架构、编制，合理制定招聘计划，进行招聘费用预估；
根据招聘岗位合理选择招聘渠道；
收集和汇总应聘资料、筛选并安排面试人员、进行初试甄选，面试记录的填写工作；
针对面试人员进行有效渠道分析；
负责安排员工复试，跟踪落实复试人员通过的情况；
针对复试人员进行复试成功率统计及分析；
每年对各岗位职责结合人才市场需求变化做出调整；
年初收集上年度按行业按城市各岗位的薪酬分析报告。
任职要求：
必须有从事过呼叫中心或者低端招聘的实际经验；
具备各区县和外省招聘渠道；
细心、责任心强、工作效率高；
很强的执行力；
