Job Summary / Purpose:
?Direct overall efficient and aggressive sales activities to achieve the company budget;
?Design sales plans and strategies and ensure the sales team to carry out the plans and strategies;
?Ensure proactive customer service is provided;
?Ensure proactive reports to principal;
?Design and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for sales team.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

?Overall management of the Sales Department;
?Organize and direct sales activities to achieve company budget;
?Ensure that customer complaints are adequately answered and preventive action is taken;
?Keep principals progressively updated of marketing information;
?Ensure quality customer service is provided to all customers;
?Appraise staff performance;
?Cooperate and interact with other departments within the organization;
?Other duties and tasks as assigned.


3. Position Requirements

?University degree and over 10 years of sales experience in ocean carriers;
?Sound knowledge of shipping industry;
?Proficient skills in written and oral English;
?Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications;
?Self-confidence and appropriate appearance and ability to make clear statements/presentations;
?Negotiation skills, flexibility and winning attitude;
?Strong customer orientation.
