A fortune 500 company is now seeking a HR Manager in their Beihai plant（广西北海工厂）

Job Title:Plant HR Manager

Direct Reporting to:Human Resources Director(APAC)

Dotted-line reporting to:Plant Manager(Beihai Plant,Guangxi)

Position Summary:

1. Ensure the recruitment of personnel in a future oriented and economical manner, the development of all employees and administration of employee related matters.
2. Establish and maintain personal safety and facility security management process.
3. Payroll and Benefits administration
4. Coordinate and conceptual development and realization of employment policies in accordance with Central HR standards and guidelines for the Brose group
5. Coordinate administrative affairs, e.g. car pool drivers, management of canteen,travel management, attendance management etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptual administration and realization of personnel policies (Standard labor contract, Employee Handbook, compensation and benefits for employees, wages for worker, travel policy, pool car policy, etc.)
2. Administration and maintenance of records and employment files required by law.
3. Coordinates company social events and public relationships related to human resources affairs.
4. Management of training policy, procedures and overall training program. Determine general training needs and ensure training of staff in hiring procedures.
5. Recruitment: Definition of required profiles for vacant positions in coordination with the responsible dept. managers and in consideration of future requirements of that position. Planning and exection of human resources marketing in coordination with compnay management; management of the necessary interanl/external recruitment of employees and managers, interns, trainees and temporary personnel; from selecction of media and resources, to formulating recruitment ads and assignment of recruiters, to managing the selection process (intervies, assessment centers, etc.), incl. offers of employment (in coordination with company management), as well as support of the departments in creation of introduction plans and control of the successful process.
6. Responsible for personnel planing in cooperation with the management and according to bussiness plan and budget; providing monthly report on specified HR figures to controlling and central function;
7. Employee meetings, consulting/aiding department managers, as well as assistance to and development of employees in all applicable personnel matters.
8. Measures of salary development together with the department manager under consideration of the structure in departments and company (incl. obtaining surveys of the external market).
9. Budget control of dept. cost center.
10. coordinate all internal important project relating to environmental protection and ISO14000 issues.

Qualification/Competence Requirement:

1. Bachelors degree in Huamn Resources, or H.R. certification plus experience and/or other Bachelors degree.
2. At least 5 years experience in Human Resources management in a larger industial business.
3. Open personality, strong communication skills, problem solving and integration abilities, in combination with assertiveness and the ability to work under stress.
4. Knowledge of employment and labor laws and comprehensive practical experience in all responsibilities of human resources administration and management.
5. PC-proficiency
6. International Human Resources experience.
7. Fluent English, both speaking and writing;
