Profession Competency:

1. Mechanical related major, bachelor degree, IE major is priority.

2. Project Management experience is desirable.

3. Above 5 years of experience in related industry, change management, lean manufacturing or lean administrations.

4. Experience in use of Management-Tools i.e. Kaizen, KVP, Six Sigma and 5S.

5. Good knowledge of capability study, problem solving, machine balance, people balance, Time measurement.

6. Know well about the basic improving concept and IE basic theory.

7. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

8. Good command of English and Chinese.

9. 6 sigma green belt/black belt is a plus

Management Competency:

10. Good team player.

11. Clear communicator.

12. Good skills on training.

13. Should be able to coordinate complex project among different functions/work shops.

Personality:

1. Self-motivated.

2. Work under pressure.

Education/Experience (Minimum entry level requirements for the job):

1. Diploma or above in industry engineering or manufacturing engineering.

2. 5 years work experience in similar industry.

3.Computer operation, AutoCAD, Vision, SAP, Office, Project.
