【Job Summary】
To be responsible for the overall daily and ongoing operation of the Front Office department and it’s units: Guest Service Managers, Front Desk, Concierge, Transportation, Sheraton Club, Business Centre, Guest Service Center.

【JOB Requirements】？？
1.Good knowledge and very familiar with all front office area operation.
2.Good knowledge of corporate program (SPG, Revenue management, etc).
3.Good knowledge of PMS (Opera), key card system and PABX system.
4.Good knowledge of finance and credit policy.
5.Good English language skill.
6.Good supervisory skill.
7.Good communication skill.
8.Be good at organize and problem solving.
9.University degree in hospitality or related subjects preferred.
10.Fluent Mandarin and English speaking and writing.
11.Skillful use Opera and Windows Office.
