Roles and responsibilities
? Tools and parts design review.
? Provide proper suggestion to support Designer to improve Design and function
? Facilitate the tool approval process at the vendors, strictly following Lexmark tool approval procedure
? Enough experience on program manangement
? All tooling, none tooled part and Fixture schedule control
? All tools, fixtures, and parts qualification.
? EC implementation related to part design change
? Supplier assessment
? Tooling maintaence
? Cost advice
? Follow up any component issues and material issues on production
? Tooling and Parts database management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor degree or above majored in mechnical, plastic/stamping or tooling engineering
? More than 8 years related manufacturing experience of plastic tooling or Stamping.
? At least 3 years tooling design experience
? Fluent in written and spoken English, and mandarin as well.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Working in a multi-cultural or multi-national company preferred
