Reponsibilities:

· Daily meals and transportation management and arrangement (including car arrangement for OT and daily business use)餐厅及车辆的管理与安排(加班/商务)

· Daily office stuff purchase, management and payment following up (make a record of all cost )日常办公用品、员工制服等购付及管理

· The accommodation and transportation arrangement for Visitors 来访人员的接待、交通、住宿安排

· Deal with travel related documentation (tickets, visas etc.).处理与差旅相关的文件 (例如票, 签证等)

· Responsible for the monthly attendance report and annual leave balance report follow up;每月考勤报表的提交及年休假的跟进。

· Follow up with social insurance annual audit, the Disable annual audit, employment record, etc.跟进社保年审、残疾人年审，用工备案、社保增减员。

Requirements:

College diploma or University degree 大专或本科以上学历；
Good at English 英语听说读写流利；
Computer literacy 会使用办公软件；
Minimum 3 year in related positions 至少三年工作经验；
Excellent communication skills 出色的沟通能力；
Committed & hard working 工作认真努力，尽职尽责；
Customer oriented 有服务意识；
Polite & well mannered 文明有礼；
