RESPONSIBILITIES
? Conduct BAU new PB/RM/FPS/CGA training
? Conduct role play to new PB/RM to help new comers to get familiar with how Citibank conduct insurance planning
? Liaise with T&D to ensure related training administration
? Co-work with SM to conduct localized training course including extra role play, specific thematic training, and workshops
? Before Citiplanner goes live, Insurance Sales Training Specialist need to conduct FNA sampling
? Co-work with insurance partners to conduct ad-hoc training course and other training projects
? Support frontline to conduct in-branch seminar
? Arrange national wide morning briefing
? Support MIS and reports to track effectiveness of training courses
KEY REQUIREMENTS
? Candidate must possess a bachelor degree from a recognized university, master degree is a plus.
? Candidate must possess good communication skills, excellent presentation skills, positive attitude and highly self-driven.
? Sound knowledge of insurance product and sales behavior
? At least of 5 years’ experience for Senior Sales Training Specialist or At least of 3 years’ experience for Sales Training Specialist in financial industry in similar function or related functions. Bancassurance/ Insurance background is preferred.
