Job Description:
You will be responsible for consulting, project management, inspection, reviewing, and assessing various LEED or environmentally related projects. These projects will include both new build capital investments and ongoing operations.
Job location is in Guangzhou but occasional travel may be required.

Requirements:
LEED AP
3-5 years or more experience in industrial, construction, or environmental industry.
Good command on Microsoft Office and CAD.
Good oral and written English.
Fluent and professional communication with clients and suppliers is essential.
Good information analyzing skills and reporting skills.
Self-motivated. Self organized.
Attention to details, teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
Quick response to new things and fast paced working environment.
Experience of being involved in foreign enterprises projects either as clients or suppliers.
