岗位职责:
1、负责学校学历(全日制插本、自考、成考、远程)的项目策划及日常宣传活动、执行招生方案;
2、负责学校学历(全日制插本、自考、成考、远程)的新市场渠道推广，并维护现有渠道关系，与招生团队通力合作共同完成业绩指标。
3、负责成教部相关业务的综合管理，做好成人教育信息化建设工作。

任职资格:
1、大专，三年及以上工作经验，从事成人学历类教育招生工作满二年以上；
2、具有独立开发和管理市场的能力，能敏锐地挖掘市场；
3、具有强烈的责任心，善于沟通，心理素质过硬，能承受工作压力；积极主动的工作作风和团队协作精神；身体健康，形象气质俱佳；
4、具有敏锐的市场洞察力和判断力，具有数据分析、方案策划与拟定、协调组织及统筹管理能力，具有较强的创新能力和执行力；
5、熟练掌握成人学历教育市场，具有在华图、中公或者其他高校市场推广经验的人员优先考虑。
