岗位职责：
1、根据每个生产季度的资料制定相应的生产计划并落实执行；
2、制定每张生产工艺单的质量标准和用量标准；
3、分别制定面料和成品质量标准并确定执行，并在生产过程中进行有效的跟踪与监管，控制与协调好产品交货期；
4、负责生产部出货安排、收货手续汇总、货款支付、收货跟进等工作，确保货品安全及时入仓。

5、负责及时跟进返修次品的处理，配合销售部门做好售后服务，提高返修工作效率。

6、负责整理定货会资料，及样板（款号编制、挂吊牌等工作），核对生产计划单，配合公司圆满完成订货会。

7、负责向其他部门提供和答复与生产部相关的资料查询，配合本部门同事完成公司下达给的任务。

任职条件：
1、高中或中专以上学历，服装类或管理类专业优先
2、4年以上服装纺织、生产制衣行业相关工作经验，能独立完成生产制单，熟悉跟单流程，熟悉面辅料检验。熟悉梭织、针织品生产运作，有服装质检经验和良好的品质控制意识；
3、熟悉服装生产工艺流程及质量标准，并能用专业语言进行沟通；

4、熟练操作办公设备，熟练运用office办公软件，特别是excel，具备一定数据统计分析技能

5、热爱服装行业，具备良好的职业操守，具有较强的沟通能力，勤奋敬业，认真负责，有很强的团队精神和大局观念

6、能接受经常出差。
