Overview of the Role
This candidate is expected to work with PR director to drive ZenithOptimedia’s corporate branding in China. The role will involve implementing day to day PR activities, working with the management team to promote latest developments, research studies, and talent changes within the agency while also proactively building increasing exposure for ZO within the market.
Key Responsibilities
? Support PR director on implementing PR strategy and activities;
? Develop and maintain relationships with key journalists, especially trade and business media;
? Handle incoming media request, providing translation and research for senior executives as required;
? Manage ZO’s owned media platform, including website, Wechat and Weibo;
? Manage key awards, collect and submit the entries as required;
? Daily media monitor and produce quarterly PR report based on media monitor;

? Advocate company vision, culture and be a strong drive for employer branding;
Competencies
? Good communication skills and team work spirit
? Know social media and willing to learn, self-motivated
? A good copywriter
Attributes
? 3-5 years’ experience in PR position at MNC PR agency or in-house or journalism background preferred;
? Excellent English and Chinese skills, both in written and oral;
? Accountable and responsible
