Job Description
The Assistant Key Account Manager is responsible to:
? Manage and execute the corporate strategy towards key accounts
? Conduct business review meetings with key accounts to review their performances as well as identify key accounts service requirements
? Coordinate and follow up on quotations and other inquiries to the key accounts
? Develop global cross-trade accounts by leveraging our relationship with the cross-trade accounts in respective countries

Duties & Responsibilities
? Key Account Management
? Monitor key account performance , conduct regular business review meetings and communicate minutes of meetings with respective account owners/internal respective departments
? Communicate to the key accounts on any changes in our services
? Coordinate with respective departments to ensure key accounts local service requirements are met

? Key Account Development
? Identify multi-national key accounts as well as cross-trade accounts and work with respective offices/Trade Management to secure their support

? Quotations Management
? Handle and coordinate on global and local biddings with respective account owners and Trade Management

Skills & Qualifications
? Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
? Minimum 5 years experiences in the sales and marketing field
? Effective communicator, fluent in English (and Mandarin is good), both verbal and written, native English speaker is desired
? Ability to work independently
? Leadership, both direct and influential is required
? Willingness to travel extensively, both locally and globally
? Demonstrated ability to operate in a global, multicultural environment

Ports of coverage included Qingdao, Dalian, Tianjin, Shanghai, Ningbo, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhongshan, Xiamen, Fuzhou, etc.

China becomes the most important market for the shipping business and MOL strengthen its presence in China by increasing office network and achieves various long-term contracts with Chinese big customers.
