职位描述

某知名美资制造业急需招聘自动化工程经理一名:
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the AE team to carry out design, machining, assembly, debugging and acceptance of new product lines, testing equipment and jigs & fixtures. Ensure on-time delivery and quality level conformity.
2. Take charge for re-building of complicated equipment and jigs & fixtures for current product lines; provide technical support to maintenance and parameter adjustment of production equipment and assist production department to achieve quality, efficiency and consumption goals. Provide reasonable requirements and recommendations for the improvement of production equipment.
3. Effectively and rationally distribute work among the team; lead team members to draw up a complete schedule according to the priorities of projects and supervise the implementation of each stage to ensure teamwork efficiency and attainment of goals.
4. Lead AE team to follow up and provide support to new product lines, equipment and jigs&fixtures which have been delivered to production but are still under acceptance.
5. Lead the team to evaluate and establish reasonable equipment budget based on the requirements of related departments or project managers and administrate the budget in subsequent building process.
6. Drive the supply chain department for outsourced equipment or materials needed for equipment being built in house.
7. Maintain good communication and coordination with managers of other departments; cooperate specially with the development team of new products to help new projects proceed smoothly.
8. Lead the team to introduce new technical knowledge and solutions and improve the automation level of the team.
9. Be responsible for day-to-day management of AE team, developing, and consummating equipment management systems and procedures, and supervise their implementation. Stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of team members and conduct assessments according to Employee Handbook and related systems.
10. Control, summarize and submit attendance of the team.
11. Establish manpower planning of the team, participate in new recruitments, assessments and propose training programs.
12. Accomplish other tasks assigned by the boss.

Qualifications:
1. College degree or above; related majors in mechatronics\industrial automation\mechanical, etc.
2. Minimum eight years of related work experience, five years of which must be working as supervisors or above.
3. Good knowledge of mechanical engineering theory; rich experience and good command of electrical equipment;
4. Have a high level of proficiency in electrical and public equipment theories and good problem-solving skills.
5. Have some knowledge on PLC (Mitsubishi/AB);
6. Familiar with industrial safety regulations and legislation.
7. Have some knowledge on related software, such as MS office, MS project, Auto CAD, etc.
8. Have strong collaboration spirit and organization and coordination abilities.
9. Communicate effectively with the team to maintain good relationship within the team; help or drive smooth solutions of issues encountered by the team.
10. Can work under certain pressure, make and prioritize decisions, and bear the responsibilities.
11. Good command of written and spoken English.
