Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ telephone inquiries by professional and excellent servicing technique
- Provide customer-oriented services on all customer service activities including schedule, booking, operational request, problem solving and exception handling.
- Offer expertise propositions and solutions to customers by truly understanding their business and requirement.
- Build up and strengthen the long term relationship with customers as business partners.
- Comply with the company’s manuals and work toward the KPIs
- Follow the business practice and always protect the company’s interests
- Work with constant care and strive for quality products and services
- Take initiative on new processes, technology and systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree is preferable
- Good communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Good PC skills in Windows / Excel / Word
- Capable of working independently with limited supervision
- Can work under pressures and tight deadlines
- Willing to accept challenges
- At least 3 years experience in shipping industries
