JOB SUMMARY（工作概要）
1 To administrate and coordinate all application of MES-QM,
Traceability and related MES modules to support workcell
production activities.
管理和协调所有MES 品质管理系统，可追溯性和相关MES 模块来支持
Workcell 的生产
2 To perform system validation, testing, training, improvement
of MES applications plant wide.
执行系统确认，测试，培训，改善
PREREQUISITES 基本要求
1 Degree/Diploma discipline, preferable in electrical/electronics engineering
or Degree/Diploma discipline not in electrical/electronics engineering ko
preferably with 2 years experience in the quality related or information
technological engineering field
大专学历，电子或非电子专业，在品质相关或是信息工程领域有两年以上

JOB DESCRIPTION（工作描述）
1 In charge of training of end users of MES application
负责MES 应用的终端用户的培训
2 Work with IT for MES system implementation and setup line
和IT 一起负责MES 系统的执行和生产线的设置
3 Maintain MES configuration, Data Process and Reporting
维护MES 配置，数据流程和报告系统
4 Support workcell member in process and quality to achieve
workcell target and meet customer requirement
协助Workcell 成员进行并达到workcell 的品质目标，达到客户的要求
5 Automate process control and quality monitoring for workcell
Workcell 自动化流程的控制和品质监控
6 Regularly validate MES running and data of DPMO, DPM, Yield,
Target and traceability record
定期的确认MES 的运转和DPMO，DPM，Yield，Target 和可追溯
性记录
7 Support workcell QE for continuous improvement of manufacturing
process quality
协助workcell QE 进行制造过程品质的持续改善
8 Monitor Quality index such as DPMO, DPM, OMI and Yield to
support QA to trigger critical problem or defects plant wide

9 When available, work for extra duty assigned by QA manager
