1 To co-ordinate documentation and administrative activities with each functional department
And /or each Workcell relate to the ESD.

PREREQUISITES 资质条件
1 College/ Diploma / Certificate in EMS industry field preferably with minimum 2 years
Solid ESD experience.
大专及以上学历，在EMS行业至少2年的ESD工作经历。
JOB DESCRIPTION 岗位职责
1 Be the ESD representative for the plant.
厂区的ESD代表。
2 Develop and maintain the ESD 20/20 certification ,
开发和维护ESD20.20认证。
3 Interface with all departments required to efficiently expedite all documentation required
and meet the ESD requirement.
与各相关部门沟通，催促相关部门尽快完成所有按要求的文件资料以满足ESD的要求。
4 assess and approve ESD material & tools;
评估和批准ESD材料和工具。
5 Coordinate, train and evaluate the ESD knowledge to all level staff inside plant .
协调、培训和评估厂区所有层级员工的ESD知识。
6 Co-ordinate and lead the ESD audit or inspection to ensure conformance to the audit
or inspection requirement.
协调、主导ESD审核或检测以确保其按审核或检测要求的符合性。
7 Review and study the existing ESD management system compliance to the international
standard and improve it.
评审和研究目前的ESD管理体系与相关国际标准的符合性并加以改善。
8 Provide guidance or .support to other departments on ESD related questions and problems.

9 Support on other system maintenance, customer audit etc.

10 Coordinate plant wide Quality System Improvement program when assigned.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 总要求
1 Experienced in ESD control management and audit.
有ESD控制管理和审核经验。
2 Familiar with ISO9000 quality system, and qualified ISO9000 internal auditor certification is a
must, and is able to lead in implementing programs leading to awareness and qualify
improvements .
熟悉ISO9000质量体系，必须通过ISO9000内审员认证，能主导意识和质量改善方向的执行项目。
3 ISO14000, OHSAS18000 experience and internal auditor preferred.
最好有ISO14000，OHSAS18000经验和内审员证书。
4 Familiar with the overall plant's operating procedures.
