RESPONSIBILITIES（职责）

1 AQP coordinator should report to Quality Manager

JOB SUMMARY（工作概要）
1 To administrate and coordinate all application of PCMS, Guide the
respective members in operating with a high level of efficiency,
integrity and enthusiasm, striving to achieve excellence in all
endeavors. Be creative and proactive and also focus on
continuous improvement on AQP Process.
管理和协调PCMS系统的应用，引导各成员高水平的运营效率、诚信和热情,
努力实现卓越的活动。创新，积极同时持续改善AQP的进程
2 To perform system validation, testing, training, improvement.
执行系统确认，测试，培训，改善
PREREQUISITES基本要求
1 Degree/Diploma discipline, preferable in electrical/electronics engineering
or Degree/Diploma discipline not in electrical/electronics engineering
preferably with 2 years experience in the quality related or information
technological engineering field
大专学历，电子或非电子专业，在品质相关或是信息工程领域有两年以上
工作经验
2 Understand PCP, PFMEA, sample sizes, MSA, Cpk etc and all the
basic QMS requirement.
懂得PCP, PFMEA, Sample sized, MSA, Cpk等等一些基本的品质管理系统要求

3 Understanding on the Project Management and New Product
Introduction activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION（工作描述）
1 Coaching Workcell member on the new project launch NPI
指导Wokcell成员用AQP系统根据新项目
2 Train Workcell member in Advance Quality Planning Applications
培训Workcell成员使用AQP系统
3 Track NPI progress and monitor its status completion
跟踪NPI的进度和监控每个项目的完成状态
4 Be independent & approachable to drive Workcell Members on
AQP Tasks closure in plan, evaluate, validate and confirm phase.
协助Workcell 成员完成AQP的任务在AQP的各阶段里
7 Support workcell QE for continuous improvement of manufacturing
process quality
协助workcell QE 进行制造过程品质的持续改善
9 When available, work for extra duty assigned by QA manager
能够完成品质部经理分派的一些额外工作
10 Follow Supervisor’s other job assignment.
服从上级主管安排的其他工作任務.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS（一般要求）
1 PC knowledge, Quality assurance and quality Control concept,
communication skill, team work, willing to work under high
pressure.
